COVID-19 Shipping Information

WE ARE OPEN AND SHIPPING ALL ORDERS!

Please be aware there are some delays with the couriers as many businesses are up and running again.

I use both NZ Couriers and CourierPost for delivery, due to the massive backlog with CourierPost I have been trying to use NZ Couriers where I can as they are a little quicker currently. 

To keep up to date on your package please use the tracking link in your confirmation email. Unfortunately I can't chase up individual orders at this time, as much as I wish there was something I could do! You can open an online enquiry on both couriers website's if your package was dispatched more than 10 working days ago within Auckland or 5 working days ago within the rest of the country.

To all of you wonderful people,

I have decided to close the store for the duration of the our shutdown period. 

You can still place an order but please be aware that it won't be proceeded and shipped until we receive the ok to do so. In the meantime the website is open for you to browse. 

And the return policy will be adjusted to allow for this delay, it will change to 7 days from the date you receive your goods rather than from the date of purchase.
