Shipping and Returns


Free standard shipping within New Zealand for all orders over $149. With the exclusion of large items that will incur a large item shipping cost, see below.

$10 flat rate standard shipping within NZ for all orders under $149 excludes Non Urban/Rural Delivery

$13 flat rate shipping for North Island Non Urban/Rural Delivery and $15 flat rate shipping for South Island Non Urban/Rural Delivery.

Large Item courier cost (Large items include Tower Dryer, Grandad Dryer and Woven Baskets).

Auckland - $10 - Standard rates apply for orders under $149
North Island - $20
South Island - $30

If the incorrect freight option is selected, we will contact you by email to arrange payment of the difference

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email to confirm your shipment with tracking details.

Delivery time is usually 2-3 working days depending on your location and a signature is required. Please allow extra time for delivery to rural areas.

We do apologise at this stage we do not currently ship internationally.

How your orders are packaged

I aim to package your orders to be as low waste as possible. I only use brown cardboard boxes, gummed paper tape, newsprint or recycled packing (shredded paper or the like) and try to reuse as much packaging and boxes as I can from our suppliers. Or if you have ordered some smaller items they will come in a R3Pack compostable bag or a kraft paper bag which can be recycled with your paper recycling. 

No plastic here! So while your order may not arrive in a pretty box with lovely wrapping paper, you can be assured that the packaging used has minimal impact on the environment.

Please dispose of your packaging thoughtfully! And where possible reuse. 

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us. We will provide you with a refund or an exchange only if the goods are returned within 7 days of receiving your order and meet the following conditions. 

- The items must in a re-saleable condition with the packaging intact.

- The goods cannot have been opened, used or damaged.

Please note the courier/postage costs will not be refunded for any change of mind purchases and return courier/postage costs are at your expense and risk. Items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them.

If you order was over $149 and you received free shipping you will have a $10 (or if rural or large item - the cost you paid) shipping charge deducted off your refund to cover the shipping costs.

If the goods are faulty or are different from what you ordered please contact us within 7 days to organise a replacement. We will reimburse the postage costs of the items being returned to us.

Please note all sale items are deemed a final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty. Please further note that we are not obliged to accept returns simply if you have changed your mind or no longer want the goods. We will meet our obligations under the Fair Trading Act.
