Holiday Shipping & a Holiday Break
Please have your orders in by 7pm on the below dates:
North Island Sunday 20th December 2020
South Island Thursday 17th December 2020
Please allow an extra 2-3 days for non-urban/rural delivery.
While I will do everything I can to enable you to receive your order prior to Christmas once it leaves me it is out of my control. Please make sure your order early and leave enough time to receive it. I will keep shipping up until 24th December. After Christmas I will be packing orders and resume shipping with the exception of the Public Holidays up until the time I take a break in the New Year.
I am taking a short holiday break:
All orders placed from 12pm 2nd January will be sent from Tuesday 12th January 2021.
Free shipping within New Zealand for all orders over $70.
$8 flat rate shipping within NZ for all orders under $70 excludes Non Urban/Rural Delivery. $12 flat rate shipping for Non Urban/Rural Delivery within NZ.

If the incorrect freight option is selected, we will contact you by email to arrange payment of the difference
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email to confirm your shipment with tracking details.
Delivery time is usually 2-3 working days depending on your location and a signature is required. Please allow extra time for delivery to rural areas.
We do apologise at this stage we do not currently ship internationally.
How your orders are packaged
I aim to package your orders to be as low waste as possible. I only use brown cardboard boxes, gummed paper tape, newsprint or recycled packing (shredded paper or the like) and try to reuse as much packaging and boxes as I can from our suppliers. Or if you have ordered some smaller items they will come in a R3Pack which a kraft paper bag and can be recycled with your paper recycling.
No plastic here! So while your order may not arrive in a pretty box with lovely wrapping paper, you can be assured that the packaging used has minimal impact on the environment.
Please dispose of your packaging thoughtfully! And where possible reuse.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us. We will provide you with a refund or an exchange only if the goods are returned within 7 days of receiving your order and meet the following conditions.
- The items must in a re-saleable condition with the packaging intact.
- The goods cannot have been opened, used or damaged.
Please note the courier/postage costs will not be refunded for any change of mind purchases and return courier/postage costs are at your expense and risk. Items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them.
If the goods are faulty or are different from what you ordered please contact us within 7 days to organise a replacement. We will reimburse the postage costs of the items being returned to us.
Please note all sale items are deemed a final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty. Please further note that we are not obliged to accept returns simply if you have changed your mind or no longer want the goods. We will meet our obligations under the Fair Trading Act.
