Payment
We offer the following three ways to pay, PayPal, PartPay and bank deposit.
PayPal
Choose PayPal at the checkout to securely pay using your credit card or using your PayPal account. PayPal SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, we won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.
Zip (Previously called PartPay)
Choose Zip at the checkout, it will take you to their secure website to login or sign up to Zip. Pay the first 25% using your Visa or Mastercard. Then pay the rest off 25% at a time every fortnight. Pay no fees and no interest ever (unless you miss a payment. Zip will text and email you the day before they take the instalment payment. For more information on Zip please click here.
Bank Deposit
Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. The payment information is displayed on the order status page, after you have placed your order.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
If you want to buy a gift card for someone else, then you need to forward the gift card email to the recipient.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
FAQ
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
How can I check my balance?
If a gift card is associated with your customer account, then you can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email.
Can gift cards be reloaded?
No, you can't reload a gift card.
Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?
No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.
Privacy
We value your privacy, if at any time you wish to unsubscribe from our emails please email us at hello@thenaturalco.nz or press the unsubscribe button on the email. We also do not share any of your personal information with anyone.

- Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
- By entering a promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Limited to one review per person for the month of November 2019. Gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and there is no minimum spend. Please note reviews must be based on your personal experience with the product, they will be monitored to make sure they are genuine. Your email address will not be displayed on the review.
Shipping
Free shipping within New Zealand for all orders over $80 excludes Non Urban/Rural Delivery.
$7 flat rate shipping within NZ for all orders under $80 excludes Non Urban/Rural Delivery.
$10 flat rate shipping for Non Urban/Rural Delivery within NZ.

Please note we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
If the incorrect freight option is selected, we will contact you by email to arrange payment of the difference.
Please allow up to 24 hours for orders to be processed. You will receive an email to confirm your shipment with tracking details.
Delivery time is usually 2-3 working days depending on your location and a signature is required. Please allow extra time for delivery to rural areas.
We do apologise at this stage we do not currently ship internationally.
Christmas Shipping 2019
Please have your orders in by 10am on the dates below:
South Island - Wednesday 18th December
North Island - Thursday 19th December
Please allow an extra 2-3 days for non urban/rural delivery.
I will do everything I can to make sure you get your goodies in time for Christmas but once it leaves me it is out of my hands so please make sure you allow a bit of extra time as it gets rather busy for our lovely couriers.
Also please make sure all your shipping details are correct and that you will be available to receive the package or have an authority to leave set up.
I will continue to ship all orders after these datesbut cannot guarantee delivery for Christmas.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us. We will provide you with a refund or an exchange only if the goods are returned within 7 days of receiving your order and meet the following conditions.
- The items must in a re-saleable condition with the packaging intact.
- The goods cannot have been opened, used or damaged.
Please note the courier/postage costs will not be refunded for any change of mind purchases and return courier/postage costs are at your expense and risk. Items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them.
If the goods are faulty or are different from what you ordered please contact us within 7 days to organise a replacement. We will reimburse the postage costs of the items being returned to us.
Please note all sale items are deemed a final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty. Please further note that we are not obliged to accept returns simply if you have changed your mind or no longer want the goods. We will meet our obligations under the Fair Trading Act.
